Audio visual technology systems that are thoughtfully designed, seamlessly integrated, and easy to use.
Spaces that perform
Spaces that perform
Complex systems sit behind every modern space. Our job is to make sure people never feel that complexity.
Through thoughtful design and disciplined integration, we create environments where technology feels intuitive, reliable, and effortless to use. Spaces where people can focus on communicating, learning, performing, and connecting, without thinking about the technology around them.
Because when technology disappears into the experience, the space does more than function.
It performs.
Where our expertise shines.

Every detail of your sound, delivered with clarity and impact.
From concerts and worship services to theatre, spoken word, and presentations, we design, install, and commission live audio systems that deliver clear, dynamic sound for every audience.
Our work covers console selection, loudspeaker modeling, signal routing, installation, DSP programming, and tuning to optimize the system to its greatest potential.
The result is an audio system that’s balanced, reliable, and tailored to your space, helping presenters and performers connect, and audiences experience every moment to the fullest.
Every sound, captured and reproduced accurately.
From recording and mixing to mastering, we design and install high-precision audio environments where accuracy and immersive experience matter. We integrate loudspeaker systems from stereo to fully immersive formats like Dolby Atmos (within rooms often designed by OCTAV Acoustics).
All supporting infrastructure, including electrical, conduit, and raceways, is planned in close coordination with our acoustics team to keep the studio acoustically isolated.
From supplying and installing loudspeakers to integrating the acoustical design elements like diffusers, absorbers, and other system components, to final room and system tuning, we deliver a complete start-to-finish solution that ensures every detail of sound is faithfully reproduced.
Spaces designed so creators can focus on creating.
From podcast and media studios to streaming and broadcast setups, we integrate audio and video systems tailored to the operator, whether that be a full production crew or a solo creator hitting “start” on a touch screen control panel.
We handle camera and microphone placement, equipment layouts, lighting, control, recording and playback solutions, and all the technology needed to make the workflow seamless. The result is a space where talent can focus on storytelling and performance, with systems quietly supporting every creative decision.
AV that makes every meeting run smoothly.
We design and install systems for boardrooms, huddle spaces, and presentation rooms that deliver clear communication and reliable performance. Our work includes microphones, displays and projection, video routing and signal management, electro-acoustic optimization, and intuitive control of all sources.
Every component is selected and configured to ensure participants can speak, present, and collaborate without distractions. The result is technology that stays out of the way, helping teams work efficiently and engage fully.
Delivering the right content, to the right place, every time.
We create multi-zone audio systems and digital signage solutions that connect multiple spaces seamlessly, all from centralized user control panels. Our solutions include layout design, zoning and signal routing, DSP configuration, paging, background music, and visual content distribution and management.
Systems are designed for reliability, flexibility, and centralized management, so organizations can deliver consistent content to any room without constant oversight. Everything is planned to make operation simple, maintenance straightforward, and the user experience seamless.
Intuitive control for every system, in every room.
We design custom control solutions that allow users to operate and monitor audio, video, and environmental technologies from one or multiple interfaces. Whether through mobile devices, tablets, computers, or dedicated touch panels, thoughtfully designed user interfaces make even complex environments simple to manage.
Elegant layouts, clear workflows, and smart programming ensure control feels natural while maintaining a refined visual experience. From managing displays, projectors, audio and video routing, volume, power, lighting presets, and multi-room operations, each system is built to be intuitive, flexible, and reliable. The result is technology that works quietly in the background, supporting the space without adding friction for the people using it.
Shaping your space to sound its best
At the direction of OCTAV Acoustics, we coordinate, supply, and install acoustic treatment systems including absorptive panels, diffusers, bass traps, and fully custom solutions developed to meet the project specifications.
Implementing acoustical designs requires careful review of site conditions, coordination with architectural and building constraints, and detailed layout development to ensure treatments are installed exactly as intended. We prepare installation drawings, source appropriate materials and mounting solutions, and work closely with project teams to integrate treatments cleanly within the finished space.
Through precise placement, secure installation, and attention to real-world construction challenges, we help translate acoustic consulting into measurable performance. The result is an environment that delivers the clarity, balance, and consistency envisioned in the design, supporting music, speech, media, or live performance with confidence.
Start to finish: our process.
01
Design + Planning
Every project begins with understanding – your space, your goals, and how people will use the technology every day. We translate those conversations into detailed system designs, equipment selections, and coordination drawings that align with your architects, engineers, and trades.
02
On-Site Installation
With a clear plan in hand, our team brings the design to life. Careful coordination with on-site trades ensures clean infrastructure, proper placement, and an installation that respects your space and timeline. We treat every project site like it’s our own – because the quality of the install defines the quality of the system.
03
Tuning + Commissioning
Installation isn’t the end of the story. We calibrate every loudspeaker, optimize every DSP chain, and verify every signal path to ensure the system performs exactly as designed. Control interfaces are configured and refined on-site, ensuring every touch panel, button, and workflow feels intuitive for the people who will use them daily. This is where the technical details translate into real-world results – clear sound, reliable video, and a system that works the way it should from day one.
04
Training + Support
A great system is only as effective as the people operating it. We provide practical in-person training on the core equipment and everyday workflows your team will use, helping ensure they are comfortable navigating the system and that they feel confident from the first day of operation. We offer post-project support and optional ongoing support, whether that’s remoting into your system to troubleshoot in real time, or an in-person visit to address anything hands-on.

Real experience.Real satisfaction.
