For the Diocese of Huron, we delivered a complete conferencing solution designed to support seamless hybrid meetings. The system features a beamforming microphone array to capture clear audio from participants seated around a U-shaped table, along with a dual-display setup, dedicated loudspeakers, and a touch panel controller for intuitive operation. Users can easily manage microphone mute, volume, camera controls, sleep mode, background music, and bring-your-own-meeting connectivity through a ClickShare Conference system. To further enhance audio quality, we installed custom acoustic treatments tailored to the room’s unique needs. We also provided them with equipment and connectivity to create exceptional remote video content to live stream directly into an online meeting.
